Local School Council Elections Update
Last week, the LSCs.4.All coalition (RYH is a member) sent this letter to CPS regarding LSC Elections concerns. On Wed, Nov 4, we received this letter from CPS in response. Something to note in the response letter: CPS agreed to extend the deadline for receipt of mail-in ballots to include all ballots postmarked by the election date and received within 14 days of the election. Parents and staff should be receiving mail-in ballots. Parents and staff do have the option to vote in person at schools. Community members will vote in person at schools.
